Privacy Policy
Effective Date: March 18, 2026
Introduction
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Nirvana Center Illinois LLC (“Tru Essence,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. This Policy applies when you visit our website at trueil.com (the “Website”), use our mobile app (the “App”), shop through our e-commerce platform (the “Platform”), or visit us in person at our store (“In-Store”). All of the above are referred to collectively as the “Services.”
This Policy applies to U.S. consumers and site visitors. It does not cover employees or job applicants.
Personal Information We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate the Services and meet our legal obligations.
Information you provide directly:
Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and date of birth — collected when you create an account, place an order, or contact us. We may also collect identity verification documents (such as a photo of a government-issued ID) to confirm your age and eligibility. If you are an Illinois medical patient shopping under the medical program, we may collect documentation of your medical patient status as required by state law.
Information collected automatically:
When you use our Website, App, or Platform, we automatically collect your IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages visited, search history within the Services, and general geolocation data. This helps us operate, secure, and improve the Services.
Transaction and account data:
We collect records of products purchased or browsed, loyalty program enrollment and point balances, order history, and preferences.
In-store:
We require customers to present a valid government-issued ID to verify age as required by Illinois law. We also operate security cameras on and around our premises for safety and loss prevention purposes. You may voluntarily provide contact information in-store to receive updates or join our loyalty program.
Payment data:
We collect transaction confirmations to complete purchases. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers — payments are processed by our third-party payment processors.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand how users interact with our Services and to improve your experience. We use Google Analytics to help us analyze usage patterns. You can opt out of Google Analytics by using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though doing so may affect your ability to use certain features of the Services. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of sale or sharing of personal information where required by law.
