Please do not bring the product back to the store. Illinois regulations do not allow us to accept cannabis product returns. Use the form on this page to report your issue instead — we'll take it from there.

What counts as a product issue?

A product issue is a physical defect with the item itself. Not enjoying a product or its effects does not qualify. Valid issues include:

Contamination or foreign material
Bad battery or atomizer in a vape
Oil leak from a vape or concentrate
Defective cartridge or hardware
Broken or damaged device
Product not as packaged
"I just didn't like it" is not a product issue and does not qualify for a replacement.

Before you fill out the form

Have your receipt or order/transaction number ready. This is required to submit.
Your purchase must be within 14 days to qualify.
Take a clear photo or short video showing the issue. One is enough as long as the problem is clearly visible.
